Tech Etcetera offers a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
